Wonderful experience. They took a simple old style motel and turned it into a cute little resort. The entire staff was great and I had fun conversations with other guests at breakfast each day. The amenities and rooms are clean and look sharp. A great stay!
This is a nice place. It’s well maintained and tidy. The pool area and hot tub are exceptional and clean. The guests were friendly without being cloying. Would visit again.
Very disappointing stay…
We left LA a day early- with Palm Springs on our list. We called and made same-day reservations… glad to be staying in a place we’d heard of.
When we checked in- everyone was pleasant, and the property is well maintained. As we opened the door to our room, a strong smell of bleach hit us. I didn’t make a big deal of it. Perhaps the room had just been serviced?
What was beyond the limit for me was the following morning. Check out is 11am. At about 9:45 there was a knock at our door… and before I could open it, a gentleman opened it, to find me hiding behind a pillow… he said “we were just wondering if you checked out”. I said no, it’s not 11 and he left.
We then mistakenly left some medicated shampoo in the room, and called- I explained we would return for it. The person who took the call checked lost and found, and further explained the person who cleaned our room was off, and they would get back to us- and never did.
Attempting to enter our room without calling the room, or our cell is absolutely unacceptable.
Promising to call about a lost item, and not doing it…is sloppy.
I expected more from INNdulge.
Hidden gem. An oasis from the hustle. Great staff. Well kept property. Free cocktaild during social hour. Truly lovely. This will be saved in my faves whenever I’m back in PSP!
man if you want serious bad old man weho attitude this is the place to go ! the clientele id s so unfriendly and rude! dirty looks people whispering feels like a museum where you being judged constantly by old gay men with a little money ! i don’t recommend!
