  1. Such an interesting and quirky hotel. Our room was amazing! Spacious and interesting with a neat mix of period furniture. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the few times we needed anything the service was excellent. Some very cool common spaces in the hotel as well.

This will be one of the more interesting hotels you stay in!

  2. Thought this place was fine but not more than that. Lots of people seem to like the decor in the reviews- we honestly thought it was pretty ugly and done in a mismatched way (and I’m from the UK so used to historic buildings etc!). Things like the bathroom didn’t seem historic or modern, just quite dated.
The major flaw with the bedroom was the curtains were done up to form a point in the middle, so that when the curtain hanger was taken off them the curtains stayed misshapen and didn’t cover all of the window. This meant we were woken up by light very early on.

  3. Have had such a great experience here. Every room appears to be different with which a unique blend of Victorian furniture. Not to worry, the mattress and bedding were of this age. Super comfortable. As small of a detail, the toiletries in the room were much bette than what I brought with me.

The front desk person, Geoffrey, was so welcoming, friendly, and patient. He answered my gazillion questions about the building along with the area’s history.

  4. This hotel was great! Unique, in an old Victorian building. I didn’t get a chance to look at many rooms but I am willing to bet they’re all unique.

The staff was friendly, warm, informative and on it.

The hotel is located in old eureka which allows you to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops and allows you quick access to the pier.

It is a pet friendly hotel too which made it a bonus.

We would go back if ever in eureka

  5. We stayed over for a business trip and had a marvelous time. We were attending a trade show happening at the Inn’s ball room area. Great hosts for a perfect place to connect and share local wines and Spirits. Looking forward to coming back for more fun and a little less work! Our stay was delightful. Dinner and drinks at the Tavern was perfect. The room was amazing and the bed was welcoming and comfortable. Such an amazing place full of History.
