1. I moved to San Jose in 2017 & I’ve been going to Infinite Appliance since I moved out here. They’re appliances are great. They know what they’re talking about. I’ve got “Rafael” locked in my phone as my main contact for “Infinite Appliance”. These were my new appliances I’ve gotten just a few days ago! But so far I’ve gotten 3 washers, 2 dryers, 2 mini fridges & 2 regular sized refrigerators from them, since I’ve moved to San Jose. I’m a “always & forever” returning customer. They treat you like “FAMILY”!! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll tell you upfront. The appliances also come with warranties as well. I’ve been going to them since before they moved to their new location off of Phelan. Great customer service, great & unbelievable prices and their delivery is unbeatable! Rosie & Eunice text to confirm delivery. They also call & check on you after you’ve gotten your appliances, to make sure everything is great. I’d rather go to them versus going to big corporate stores. They actually care!

2. I bought a used fridge from Infinite Appliance and have been very pleased. 1) Product: it had been thoroughly cleaned and checked. When we plugged it in, it quickly cooled the fridge to 37 and freezer to 3 degrees. 2) Price: we shopped around before going to Infinite and found the price to be less than a few other places we checked. 3) Service: I would give this the highest grade possible. Friendly, professional and helpful. Really exceptional. Rafael even gave us a brand new tie strap for free to secure the fridge, without any hesitation. He followed up with a text to make sure the fridge was running well. After this experience, we definitely recommend them and have told a number of friends about them. Great business!

I had our dryer break last minute while my partner was half way through doing laundry and had to find a replacement on almost no notice, we found infinite appliance and they exceeded our best expectations. We had them hold a good replacement dryer and when we got there they already had our paperwork ready to go and even helped us load it in our truck. The dryer is in fantastic shape and they give a warranty as well. It’s by far the easiest appliance replacement I’ve ever done. If you’re cross shopping this place with other appliance stores don’t bother, just go here, they will treat you right.

4. From the time my dad 85 and I walk in we got great service. The lady came right out and greeted us. Had the price right there. Figure out what we needed and got delivery set up. The guy show up on time and had every thing he needed to get the job done. We had an electrical issue. The guys said he did not do that but got on the phone the office to get someone else out there. Turned out dad reset the fuss. And all is well. Great service and great follow up a few dads later.

5. First of all the repair man was very respectful and honest. He explained everything he was going to check and let us know how it’s works. It was a very pleasant visit and I would definitely call this company again.
