  1. Ross was very communicative when he sold me a fridge. I asked him specifically for a Frigidaire. He delivered it promptly and offered a 70 day warranty. When the fridge stopped working I called him up and he immediately offered to exchange it, no questions asked. He went out of his way to find me another Frigidaire fridge and delivered it as soon as he could. After a few days he then called me up to see if I was satisfied with it, and told me not to hesitate to call him if anything happens. This fridge is great and just what I needed.

Ross stands out as a ” Stand Up Guy” I purchased a preowned Stove from Ross a few weeks ago; it was delivered and set up on time ( I live in San Diego County not Orange so delivery was an issue with me but it went perfect ) because of my schedule I was not able to verify the temp settings and they were off. I contacted Ross and during the coordination he kept me informed of when and what was in the works he called or texted me back EVERY TIME. I was really impressed and He MADE IT RIGHT, my stove is a delight and I recommend his company with full confidence that he will go the extra mile to make sure it is right. Thanks Ross. JJ

  3. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Viking refrigerator from In the Kitchen, and it was by far the best experience compared to several other resellers I contacted. Many of the other companies were hesitant to provide information on production dates, and were not forthcoming about any existing damage or providing detailed pictures. However, Ross at In the Kitchen was the complete opposite. He was incredibly transparent and helpful—immediately sending me tons of detailed pictures, making note of any minor damage, and providing all serial numbers for verification. Ross’s expertise also shined through when he provided clear information about potential repair costs for my older 2008 unit, making me feel very comfortable with my purchase. His exceptional service and honesty made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase, unlike my experiences with other companies that seemed to be withholding information. I highly recommend In the Kitchen for anyone looking for a reliable appliance company that truly values customer trust and satisfaction!

  4. I’m not sure why there are so many great reviews for this business, totally fooled me!Unfortunately, I would never recommend anyone buy appliances here. At first everything was great. I needed a fridge so my friend found an ad on Facebook marketplace for me. They had a fridge that would fit in my apartment, so I was texting with someone to schedule and they came out promptly; took my broken fridge and gave a 90 day warranty. Fantastic!
    I plugged in the fridge in the time frame Ross recommended, freezer got super cold right away but the fridge took a little more time than I was expecting 🤔
    Within 8 days of delivery, the fridge was no longer cooling at all. I reached out to Ross that Saturday to see if he could come fix it, he said he’d call me Monday to schedule but that he probably wouldn’t be able to come until Tuesday or Wednesday. He didn’t contact me until Thursday!! He apologized and said things have been hectic. I let him know my husband replaced the fan (while we were waiting to hear from him because we thought he ghosted us!!) which seemed to fix the issue and he offered to send another.
    A week later the fridge was having issues cooling again so I reached out, kindly declined his offer to send a fan and told him I need his help and heard nothing for 3 days. He said he’d call in a few minutes and never called.
    I don’t know if he is just in over his head with business but I have been treated in an extremely unprofessional way, have a malfunctioning fridge still and an absolutely meaningless warranty. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.
