Another great , in and out location , AVA who was my server was very polite and was great at customer service . She even brought my order out to my table . It’s employees like this that make all the difference in customer experience.
Aside from customer experience the burgers were neatly made and perfectly cooked. Also location was clean and parking was easily accessible as well as the restrooms.
Awesome burger joint. I love going here. I was getting car parts next door at the Pick-n-Pull, and after a long day, I was tired and hungry. I went here for a meal and got exactly what I wanted. The protein-style burger and flying dutchman were terrific, and the service was friendly. That’s for the great service.
Had a very pleasant day at the Elk Grove In & Out location. Customer service was excellent from the time of ordering our food to the time we walked out the door. Glen surprised with an act of kindness, but i want to mention something better… ……It has been a long time since I seen an employee really appreated, hustled, enjoyed and respected a job so much. His assistance to detail, and the smiles he sends to each customer is amazing. I wish I had a staff member like this working for me. Perhaps one day. But thank you Glen and the cashier that took my order. He made sure got the order perfect, grilled onions and ExTRa criSpy FRIES..yummmm……
I was very impressed with this location. The service was excellent! The staff at this location went the extra mile for the customer! Eleazar was one of these great individuals. He was going around asking people their order numbers, and then he made a point to bring the order when it was called to the customers table and ask if they needed anything else to let him know. Everyone was working as a team, cleaning either tables or picking up the floors. This location was very clean, even the bathroom. The atmosphere was fun and full of energy! I am looking forward to my next visit.
I don’t know what was better, the food or the staff and we all know how good the food is! It was my little guy’s first time ever trying In-N-Out and we definitely had a great time at this location!
