Very friendly staff, clean interiors and tables and very good food. The burgers were very well cooked and the fries super crunchy. Definitely recommended if you pass along the road.
Easy location on the way out from Yosemite and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait time. It might be because there are 4 other locations around the city or it was a weekday night, but this is an ideal location right off the road with plenty of parking. It was quite easy to order food, the staff were kind, and I loved the options the speediness and cleanliness.
Not a fan of receiving my food all messy. The box and the bag my food came in was full of sauce. Crazy they handed it out like that lol my milkshake was runny too and the burger just warm. Not sure if they made my order early and it saw there but they clearly rushed it. Came around 430 on a Saturday so maybe it’s just the crew that hates working weekends or something. I personally could never present this to a customer though when I was grilled in customer service to have everything so perfect. But if this persons hands were this dirty/messy, I can only imagine that they’re not washing their hands often. 🤢
I would have easily given them five stars if the costs had been the same. Knowing the new rates makes it difficult for me to visit there for a combo lunch. I don’t think adjusted for inflation pricing is that great. I’m not a huge fan of hidden menus either, but that’s just my opinion. Still, if I’m looking for a delicious burger dinner that doesn’t cost $20, I try to go there once a month.
I enjoyed a wonderful yummy meal with my family here. The best part of my experience was meeting your employee Isiah. He was so nice and attentive checking on us. He has the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. I enjoyed his personality. Big shout out to Isiah your gonna go far in life!
