We love In and Out, but NOT this one-at least not for eating in. The food and service are great, as is standard for the chain. However, I have never seen such a small dining area! And therewas a line 7-10 people long waiting for the bathroom. Sorry, but that’s the pits. We’ll choose another In and Out to enjoy.
I regret that on my last trip to California, I didn’t stop at an INO. So here we are for dinner this evening.
Easy enough parking on a Tuesday evening even for the Sprinter van. A friendly greeting from a young man who took my order. My burger and fries did take about 15 minutes, so it’s not “fast” food.
So excited to be getting this for dinner, I made one mistake with my order. I forgot to order the fries well done. In-N-Out likes to serve their fries underdone. Or at least, they’re underdone for my taste. Still hot but limp and not crisp.
The restaurant was clean, the parking lot was clean, the service was excellent.
If it’s some what busy inside and the drive-through is to the road, go through the drive-through. If you go inside for a to go order. Order for here and switch when you get your order because 10 numbers after you with the same order plus more will get their food first. Got my food 30 min. After ordering and it wasn’t even that busy inside.
Had a flying Dutchman burger absolutely amazing and short wait time.
I’m very disappointed. I just went to buy some. I went through the drive-thru and ordered to go. I order 6 burgers in total , bread was super burn on the sides and bread was super hard!! Not just 1 but every burger. Disappointed on the outcome of today purchase.
