1. I found the staff to be super responsive and friendly. The rooftop is so lovely; I love the pool and Gym. There is also a dog-walking area. It’s centrally located in a lot of cool places. Also, they are pretty quick on maintenance calls. I found that making a request and going down and talking to the staff is the best way to get a response.

2. Since moving into this building Mike has gone above and BEYOND to ensure the safety and quality of living here. He truly makes HWH feel like home and like a community. Any situation that I’ve needed assistance with he was able to directly assist or point me to the exact person who can help. He always gets back to me in a timely manner when I have questions or concerns, which is super huge to me to live somewhere that I feel confident reaching out to management and know that I can trust they will be there to address any problems at their soonest availability.
   Mike truly deserves recognition as he is a HUGE part of the reason I would consider renewing my lease at HWH.

3. I absolutely love living in HWH. It’s the first place I lived where the whole building feels like home. They foster a wonderful community here, a real HWH family. Felicity, Daisy, Tyler are all amazing at creating that community feel, making me feel welcome from day one. Felicity, thank you for being the one who knew I would fit in and love it here. You have been the main HWH force for me and my daughter. Daisy is constantly around making all the events ready and welcoming, Daisy is top notch pro! The entire staff is awesome! Mike and Edgar are always making sure the building is taken care of and authentically care that the tenants are doing well. I feel safe and taken care of. Thank you Mike for going out of your way for me and my daughter many times. I love the valet guys! Sweet, kind and my car is always on time and in good shape. All the staff greet us with a smile and we get to know them, Londy, front desk guys, and many others that I don’t want to miss but can’t remember their names right now. It’s a beautiful, safe building that has so much to offer. Exceeds my expectations in every way!

4. My family and I have lived here for 2 years, and this have been the best downtown living experience that anyone could ever ask for. The staff and the amenities are absolutely fabulous, and the community is even better!

   We love Jamie, Brandon and Tyler in the front office. They always make sure that our requests are handled immediately, and they always greet us with a friendly smile! They even give our daughter snacks anytime she comes down to the front office.

   Mike and Gary and the entire maintenance team keep this building too notch. They even help us with hanging decor and putting together furniture!

   Seriously such an awesome place to live. Thank you, for always doing good by your tenants and treating us with compassion and respect!

5. Moving into this building has been a wonderful experience, from Felicity and Daisy going out of there way to make sure I got to see every unit even on their days off and guaranteeing I got my perfect home and also to Mike the building engineer making sure all my needs are met. I’ve never had to call more then once to get anything taken care of, the building is extremely attentive and takes care of their tenants. Thank you Mike for all the times you let me you to help with everything in my apartment. Tyler knows what he’s doing with his hiring but needs to work on his cornhole 😉
