1. I suffered with lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) for approximately 4 years. I had two rounds of physical therapy and dry needling, two separate steroid injections from orthopedic surgeons, and two separate acupuncture treatments by a very well known and highly recommended acupuncturist in south Huntsville who told me he felt certain he could help me. The only relief I received was temporary from the steroid injections only lasting a couple months. The pain always returned and was becoming even worse. I was considering a surgical procedure as my last hope.
   Then I found Dr TJ Mick. Dr Mick gave me a 20 minute treatment consisting of acupuncture with electrical stimulation, cold laser therapy, cupping (using jars for suction), and graston scraping. My pain was immediately gone after the treatment and has not returned! That was 2 years ago. Dr Mick accomplished more in 20 minutes than the 5 professional practitioners of traditional western medicine did over a 4 year time span! I should also add that I have worked in Healthcare for 30 plus years and had always felt a little suspect of traditional Chinese medicine. Dr Mick changed that for me.
   If you’re looking for a large and fancy office, you will overlook this local gem because his office is rather small and plain. But I feel confident in saying that his expertise is unmatched in the Huntsville area. I have referred no fewer than 10 people including family members to Dr Mick. In following up with them to ask about their experience with Dr Mick every single one of these individuals had great results. I see some of them have left reviews here and they are all 5 stars! I continue to visit Dr Mick to help alleviate pain from tense muscles and soft tissue injuries. He delivers consistent results every time. I’m so grateful I found him. 2. Love Dr. Mick, so grateful to have found his practice. I did three treatments at first, now I go back about every 6-7 months for tension headaches. He’s knowledgeable and helpful, always is a great experience!!

4. Absolutely the best experience! I arrived in such bad shape. I left SO much better and I’m sure by in the morning, this week will all be a bad memory. I am extremely impressed with the professional treatment I received, which I have not experienced at other acupuncture centers in Huntsville. He truly listened to me, but his knowledge showed when he immediately found trigger points that were affecting my neck. I’m very impressed and hope you will give him an opportunity to make your life better too!

5. I went here when my lupus was flared up it was attacking my kidneys. I had really bad edema and couldn’t straighten out my arm. First off he talked very negative about Chinese medicine because of covid. Chinese medicine has nothing to do with covid. I was in a lot of pain and the only thing I left with was I was able to straighten my arm a little bit.

   Then he tried to sell me vitamins. The fish oil has binders and fillers in. It wasn’t anything special you can get a better price having a CVS or walgreens acct.

   On top of everything else, I rushed home feeling unwell. Turns out I had a fever. When I tried to call to talk to him he refused to call me back. This dr does not care about your wellbeing just your money. I hope others look into a better dr out here and not just the ratings like I did.
