Fast, friendly and excellent, knowledgeable tax completion.

1st appointment was in March day of appointment she called and canceled it, Scheduled it for 5 days later. Went in did slim staff she sent me home to round up more stuff took me 2 days to round it up brought it back to her, Ben she had a family emergency, 2 weeks later I called And she was working on it and would get back to me, Now we’re at the end of April guess what no one’s called me no one’s touchbase with me I called if I’ll do an extension for me and I Beth had a family emergency and she would be gone for a couple of weeks So now we’re in May 2nd week of May I call again, Now another lady’s working on it but she needs it to be checked by her supervisor so I, Awake goes by I call again call again she will call me right back her supervisor is checking it I can’t get to the phone when she calls that but all she says is she’s returning my call so I call back immediately she’s not available, So here we are may 19th And it’s still not done I’m trying to go pick up my stuff I told to have it ready and I’ll pick it up I’ll be there in a minute I get there they’ll be there in a minute I’ll be there in a minute I’ll be there in a minute I’ll be there in a minute I’ll be there in a minute I’ll be there in a minute I’ll get there they’ve locked the doors out to lunch I call all she answers the phone but she won’t let me in as I set out in the parking lot So Don’t have my taxes they haven’t been completed.

I’ve been using H&R Block for years. I love how friendly they are, answering all my questions and how they treat you like family. I also love how quick I receive my returns every year.
