Judy is so amazing and kind and sweet! I was a first time home buyer in 23 and she was kind and helpful with helping understand what forms to bring to ensure I filed correctly. Best tax experience I’ve ever had.
I go to Judy at H&R block on Ashland and fowler. My appointment was at 2 and was out at 2:25 . Judy cares about her clients including me as I noticed this 5 years ago and haven’t left as she is determined to do the best for her clients. Every year she asks how I’m doing and always ends up giving personal and motivational talks by the end of your appointment to make sure whatever it is your going through you leave with a smile and also try to send you on your way with some monayyyyyyyy! But all in all I highly recommend Ashland and fowler H&R block because if one needs help during a session that office is a complete team and will always hand out a helping hand . Hands down best place I’ve ever filed my taxes and will never leave
Beware!!! Do NOT let them do your taxes. I spent $300 and my afternoon doing my taxes for them to tell me a month later that they never E-filed them.
I had to reach out to them over the phone and they then filed my taxes extremely incorrectly, forgetting several W-2s and itemized deductions like they didn’t save my documents the first time, resulting in an incorrect return with a difference of about $7000 from what I was expecting.
Upon reaching out to them a third time, it took over a week and contacting the district manager to get this taken care of. Now I’m in month two of four of waiting for my amended return to actually hit my account. Corporate keeps ducking my messages as well. I escalated the situation twice now and no one returns my calls. Will never use HR block again nor suggest it to anyone I know.
Judy is very friendly with a great personality. She is very savvy in tax law. Judy ensured my son got every tax credit he was entitled to along with a hefty refund. She quoted pricing up front before beginning so there was no surprises. We’ll definitely be having Judy prepare our taxes next year.
Judy Lauby, was right on the ball, accessible, quick, and did a great job preparing my tax return. She explained everything very carefully and led me through the process as she went. I will definitely choose her to help me with my taxes next year.
