My husband and I had made an appointment and been given a 10:00-12:00 range to come get fingerprinted. We showed up at 9:55 and started knocking right at 10:00. We knocked multiple doors, rang the door bell and called about 10 times from two different phones and her voicemail was full. Her car was parked right outside. I knew it was hers since the license plate said TaxDiva. Her neighbor also spoke to us and confirmed she was inside and suggested we try to make her dogs bark so maybe she would get up and look outside. We left about 10:10. We were trying to get fingerprinted for a very time sensitive reason and her actions are going to cause a delay in our process. So unprofessional.
Ms. Latimore has prepared my taxes for seven or eight years. She has even gotten me out of a couple of jams. She has also done my payroll and taught me about prevailing wage to be in compliance with the Government. Had she not met with the workman’s comp. Examiner I would have had to pay a lot.
Excellent service and results.
