We booked this hotel at the last minute after cancelling our original hotel and I’m glad we did. Julie was awesome in getting us a great deal for our stay! The property itself is gorgeous and beach access is half a mile down the road. The beach shuttle is a plus and the driver was very friendly. Our room was very spacious – we stayed in a king suite. I must say it was very quiet too although we were right by the elevator. I knocked off one star because the wifi was blocked on the smart TV so we couldn’t access any streaming. But I’d definitely stay again!
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location recently! Besides the convenience, The property being immaculate, The fact that there’s a delicious coffee house adjacent to the property, and the decor was extremely beautiful, the service was just impeccable. Genuine decent people helping out. We really can’t wait to go back and visit. I’m already planning to bring my mom for us stay next time. She visits me here in New Orleans. We will jump over there for the weekend and have the most fun! strongly recommended.
We drove 10 hours to Orange beach. When we arrived we were told our condo at the palms was canceled due to tile work being done. We were traveling with children. One who has special needs. We were frantic and had nowhere to sleep for the night. It was 8 pm when we arrived at Hotel Indigo. Julie and Robert greeted our family and took care of us right away. They were wonderful and professional. They made the stressful situation better instantly. These two are a great team and their kindness was greatly appreciated. We were able to have dinner in the hotel and had amazing service. Great food and drinks. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. I can’t thank Julie and Robert enough for helping us out and getting us into rooms for the night. We will definitely be back!
Helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely room. Great location between Orange Beach and GS. Close to gulf state park trail with miles of paved walking and bicycling trails. Within 5-10 minutes of multiple restaurants. Beautiful bathrooms with large walk-in showers. Pet friendly. Beautiful pools indoor and out.
This property is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! The location is great, the rooms are nice, and the service is top tier! Shout out to whoever designed and decorated this property; the nautical colors and themes were stunning. Mrs. Cynthia at the bar was sweet, and the gentleman that checked us in was polite & informative. Mgmt was very attentive as well, thank you for the basket! It meant a lot. I would 100% stay here again.
