From the beginning to the end of my stay was great! Check in was smooth and quick. The elevator had me confused for a min, not realizing I had to use my room key for the elevator to work, I wish the front desk would have told me that. I truly like that feature for safety reasons tho. The room was spacious the bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing! The couch/Ottoman had a few stains which I’m sure can be cleaned if the housekeepers had the right equipment. The bed tho….It was sooooo comfortable! The pillows sucked but I don’t expect much from pillows at hotels. I went to order room service the day after I checked in and no one answered the phone, it was after 12. I’m not sure if they shut down for some time and then open back up but the next day I called for Breakfast and it was brought up to me in about 10-15 min, which was perfect. I did not like that the only parking that was available was valet parking. The service all around was great and welcoming. I will definitely stay again and recommend Indigo to others.
The hotel is cool 😎 It’s not your standard cookie-cutter hotel in the way that it’s styled. Very modern-retro. The people who work there are certainly friendly and kind. Our room was spacious, as was the shower. The restaurant has decent food, nothing to write home about but good nonetheless. The pool was nice and clean and I believe slightly heated. No Jacuzzi/hot tub though 😔 my favorite part of our stay was how comfortable the bed was and how quiet the fan and A/C were.
Cons for me was that it was a little dingy. The retro couch in our room, although cool-looking, had numerous stains on it. As did one of our towels. The most disappointing con was the lack of coffee. There is no coffee station in the lobby but you can pay for a coffee at the bar. They do provide an in-room Keurig but I normally don’t use those because I heard they don’t get cleaned. Sure enough, I looked inside the water reservoir and it was extremely dusty.
Overall, a nice hotel in a convenient location.
The Hotel is incredibly stunning and had a very warm atmosphere. The gentlemen working at the Valet were friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated and appealing. To the right, there was a visually pleasing bar with a talented musician, said to be from the east coast. The room was impeccably clean and had a unique aesthetic compared to other hotels. The room had a variety of colors and textures. I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and ordered French toast, which was delightful. Overall, I had a great experience at the Indigo Hotel and can’t find anything to complain about.
Very nice hotel, everyone is polite… we spent 4 nights here, the rooms were cleaned really well.
Location might not be best, it’s not too far from Skid Row, there are some homeless people around the area, just be careful where you walk.
Been here twice and I’ll definitely be back. This location is perfect, it’s a short drive away from many attentions. The hotel lobby has a modern look with a bar/lounge. Complementary water is offered at the desk. There is no self parking on premises but valet parking is available for fifty dollars a night.
The rooms are a bit dark but very comfortable with large windows and breathtaking view of the city. Unfortunately the second time I booked a room with a view there was not much of a city view and a lot of street view. On the bright side the bathroom is very spacious.
There are many nice amenities here. There’s a gym, swimming pool, pool tables and fire pits.
