They both displayed such a high quality of customer service during the process of leasing my new home and I felt as though they were really there to help me the whole way through. This place is the worst, most toxic place there is. Please stay away! If I could give no stars I would, they cheated us out of $292 from our security deposit when we paid all of our rent, all of our utilities, and all of our pet rent. They wrongfully charged us for second coat of paint when the maintenance worker told is paint would not be a charge since we were there over 3 years.But they made up the excuses they could to take away $292 for handing in our keys 3 days early. Although they had that extra time to renovate for future residents. Edward, Shauna and Lindsey were no help and had no worry about stealing what was rightfully owed to us. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to live in any Lewis Apartments.
Response: You are well aware of our situation and continue to charge us an extra $292 for “loss of rent” even though you’ve confirmed we had paid our last month’s rent in full. $2,224. I have no interest in contacting you further. Prospective residents have a right to know our situation.

Don’t recommend. Paying 3,200 for a 2 bedroom. Have made 3 maintenance requests to fix hot water. It’s still not fixed. Been having to boil hot water for showers. Called; they mentioned someone would come by again… still nothing.
