1. Hotel was very clean. Lobby smelled very nice. The breakfast was actually pretty good offering waffles, variety of breakfast sandwiches(jimmy dean), biscuits and gravy, and more. Our room was perfectly cleaned, only thing was the tv had a strong blue hue to it but we just turned it on and passed out. Bathroom caulking needed a little touch ups in the shower but other than that it was a great experience.

2. This place will overcharge your credit card and then instead of resolving your issues they need to “send” you to someone else who can assist. But of course, they won’t be in till tomorrow! Now there is nothing they can do because they have already processed the transaction! If you want your money stolen from you and then them try and cover up the reasons for the charge even though you have your reservation stating your FINAL charges! Stay here then! If you work hard for your money like most of us, I’d beware!

   Notice:
   I have received a response from this hotel manager. He basically told me that they would do what they could to better serve their customers. Didn’t take any ownership of the fact they stole money from us! We are now having to fight this with our credit card company since they won’t simply issue a credit. Well thanks for nothing Blake!!! You should probably start looking for another job because this one I’m afraid isn’t for you. You’re not treating your customers as they should be. It is clear now that all you care
   about is the money. I am calling corporate and will be reporting you sir and everyone else I’ve had contact with along the way. I will follow through!!!

3. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff here is amazing and truely amazing. The lobby pool and halls were always clean.
   Now for the pool when I say clean I mean it. I hate pools with a passion and this pool was clean as if it was serviced daily. Salt water which was amazing for my sunburn.
   Laundry room is clean along with the work out area being well kept as well.
   We were checking out and I mentioned a bird that had seemed to had an accident outside the front door and the front desk lady walked out shortly behind us to tend to it.

4. Except for a couple of things in our rooms out of place and the very limited small breakfast choice. The staff was so kind and very friendly. They treated us like their personal family. I would gladly return again.

5. My last day I was discriminated against by an older lady that was working the desk. I went downstairs to ask for a later check out so instead of 11 am, checking out at 12. She was so rude and didn’t ask a time. She immediately cut me off and said no we’re not doing that. So I said okay and walked to the breakfast bar. So behind me was an older gentleman and he asked her the same question and she immediately said yes. So I went back to the desk and before I could say anything she said what time did you need. I told her just an hour and she asked what room and she said oh I see where you texted us about it. No one replied back to me during the text services I used. The first day I checked in she was not friendly at all when I asked for a key for the room. She lied like she couldn’t do it because the system was down but she was corrected by a younger lady that was able to do it. The younger girl that was there that night on Friday, July 19, she was very nice.
