I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You’re a gem.

Unfortunately, on price, they can’t compete with the Lowes or Home Depot since being bought by Barton’s. They will price match by brand, but you can find a cheaper version at the bigger box stores.

Decent prices, but the customer service is trash. It’s a bunch of old guys walking around looking like they’d rather be anywhere else but at their job. They made me feel like my purchases were an interruption their day on multiple occasions even when I was spending well over $1000.
The good news it that they aren’t the only store in town with good prices. There are others with comparable prices that make you feel like a champ no matter if your project is big or small. This place just isn’t it.
I have remodeled my entire house using this business. They have such beautiful and sturdy products. Huge selection of flooring! And if they don’t have it there they will get it for you. The staff are long term employees and always friendly and willing to help! The prices are amazing!! Cheapest around! Oh and military members, active or retired, get 10% off! Go check them out!
