The guy who came to service our freezer was a wonderful person. My only issue was my husband was told the part would be ordered and installed no later than that upcoming Thursday or Friday (4/13-14/23). I instead had to call back a MONTH later (5/10/23; spoke with Cynthia) to advise that no one had been back to my home nor had I received a call. I was then advised by Cynthia that she would give the repairman a call and reach back out. Two more days passed by and I had heard nothing. I called again and spoke with Cynthia on 5/12/23 and was advised that my part that was supposed to have had already been here was now in transit and due to bad weather it was delayed. Reached back out on 5/16/23 and was told the part would be here on 5/19/23 and I would receive a call once the repairman was on his way. I texted Cynthia on 5/18/23 to advise that I could not accept the repairman in my home before 11am. I called Cynthia at 12:30 today 5/19/23 to request a refund, due to horrible customer service. Cynthia tried to raise her voice with me even though my voice was not raised. While I could have understood if she was honest from the beginning with letting me know that it takes a while to receive parts, she never said that in the numerous times that I had spoken with her. Not to mention that Cynthia never had any recollection of my address or name UNTIL I requested my refund. Also, she stated that the service fee was non refundable which my husband never signed a contractâŠthatâs neither here not there. Scott, however, called and gave excellent customer service and advised that it does take a little longer to get LG and Samsung products in. He apologized and was sincere. Thank you Scott for being so nice and willing to explain the situation.
Worst customer service ever. I really wish I wouldâve looked at other reviews! Same issue as others. 2 months in, down a ton of money, and I got gaslighted constantly with promises to come and fix my oven. When he finally did, nothing changed, he agreed by text to return the money, but still hasnât and now he wonât respond to any of my inquiries.
At this time of year, all appliance repair services are backed up. I know this from being an insurance adjuster. So, I did not mind it took a couple of days to come and look at my GE Dishwasher which was acting up after a series of thunderstorms in our area. Scott called before coming. He arrived, dressed neat and clean, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was unable to get the supplier on the phone, so he drove to the supplier and returned a short time later with the solenoid which was damaged and not operating properly. He quickly installed it and had us fixed up in no time. The cost was in line with what I was expecting, and he did use OEM parts. I will be using him again, not only on my own home, but if I need his professional opinion on insurance claims for damaged appliances.
We called them and it took a day or two for the guy to show up. After repairing the refrigerator for an hour he left and the refrigerator was not fixed and the freezer wasnât working. Called him back and it took him a couple more days to come back and fix what he didnât fix. After coming the second time the refrigerator worked for two days and now the temperature is rising again. Was only briefly told what was wrong with the refrigerator. The guy was nice but not the best service. I understand if he was busy but itâs best to let your customers know that youâre going to be late.
