  1. My husband and I have been to this hotel many times and each time gets better and better. Priscilla at the front desk is one of the nicest people we’ve met in a long time. The room is quiet, clean and the bed is very comfortable. We brought our own pillows with us but didn’t need them because theirs were great. The shower is always hot and powerful. The breakfast is perfect. Hot and cold options and always fresh. This is the only place we’ll stay when we go to this part of town.

  2. We checked in at this Holiday Inn Express for a last minute stay and we had to pay premium price for a 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean and plenty of parking. I ask for a late check out because we check in 2 am night before. They allowed us to stay until 2PM. They offer breakfast complimentary 7- 10 PM. Better breakfast than best western for sure! Front desk staff Allana and Rick was amazing. Pool could use a bit of cleaning and no pool towel on site. We had to call front desk twice to deliver towel to us.

  3. I have stayed at a lot of holiday in express and this one was a bad one. Upon checking in I stood and waited with my id and credit card in hand while the person checking me in was playing on her phone. I had a king bed with king pull out and asked for some sheets and pillows for the pull out. I was giving one pillow and was told they can only give out one pillow because the room only holds 3 people. The blanket they gave was small and a joke. Breakfast did not open on time. The lobby was full of people waiting for food. The breakfast was also empty of any dairy and yogurt. The other food was just as empty. This holiday inn is horrible and is definitely not up to the normal holiday inn standards. I would recommend going somewhere else for the night.

  4. The general manger Steve is awesome. We had a small hiccup with the room and they moved us immediately and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade and a gift card for a restaurant nearby. Probably the best costumer service I’ve received from a hotel. Location is nice if you’re stopping through on your way to LA or looking to visit the beaches or hike in Malibu.

  5. This room I stayed in 1 night was 273 dollars. The guy at front told.me it’s up because of the heat. How that makes any sense I will never know. Secondly they unplugged the fridge so all of my food went bad. I spent 37 bucks on grubhub on a burrito and a gallon of milk with my ice packs so I would have lunch for work. When I woke up it was bad. I will never stay at this place again. I’m furious.
