I stayed at the Holiday Inn as I went to a concert in the area. I appreciated how close the hotel is to the stadium which allowed us to arrive at a great time. Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and greeted us to check in. They provided all the necessary details about breakfast times, check out times, etc. to make our stay successful. The room itself was very clean and I did not experience any issues. Alex was very helpful in making my stay at the hotel easy and relaxing.
Stopped overnight on a long road trip with our 2 dogs. Hotel felt relatively new. Room was clean, front desk person was very friendly and helpful, and it was conveniently located right off I-10. There is breakfast in the morning included (eggs, cereal, oatmeal, etc) and some restaurants conveniently located nearby. Parking was free and easy. Highly recommend for as a convenient, safe, friendly stop off the highway during your travels.
My wife and I stayed here for three nights in May. It appears to be very new and it’s very clean. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff and the man running the breakfast area were all very friendly. We had an overall great stay. I do have two recommendations for the hotel. 1. Dial back the temperature of the water heater before someone gets scalded. The hot water is really, really hot. 2. Dial back the water pressure in the shower. I can’t believe I’m saying that because I LOVE a good strong shower spray but it was ridiculously strong. In the middle of the desert to boot! Despite my two recommendations I highly recommend this hotel.
My wife & I just spend a couple of nights at this hotel. Nothing remarkable about the facility or service except for one aspect. The young man who oversaw the breakfast room – Alex – was absolutely outstanding! He hustled around the room, making sure that the food stayed fresh and inviting. He greeted every person and asked if there was anything else they needed. The very best part was him giving out candy to everyone to observe the fact that it was Easter morning. Just love to see this attitude and effort!
Our favorite Holiday Inn Express in the US so far. Very friendly staff, modern facilities and rooms, excellent breakfast and cheap rates. Wish we had more than just a single night.
