When someone else showers you not only hear it like it’s in your room but when shutting off water it sounds like a small explosion due to pipes and back pressure. So forget trying to sleep when someone in another room is up early.
Went to shower so threw bath mat on floor and when I got out there were NO TOWELS AT ALL. Called front desk to ask if they could bring towels because there were none and all they brought were 2 towels. No wash cloths or hand towels.
Something wrong with TV in the room. After several minutes of watching the screen would go to input mode showing a QR code and directions on screen so it was un watchable.
They are undergoing renovations and the “new” rooms are really nice. All of the rooms are CLEAN. Front desk staff are super nice and always willing to help out. We stay here a good bit due to work but we highly recommend this place.
The room was clean but outdated and definitely needs some maintenance/updates in the bathroom. The staff was nice and accommodating. The WiFi was awful.
This was a halfway stop for a trip to Florida. I booked it on a Wednesday for a Friday stay. The booking process was quick and easy. I asked for two rooms and I got two rooms side by side. Checking in was quick and easy and the front desk attendant was super pleasant and got me registered super fast. The rooms were clean and cold. We love cold rooms!!!!! There are plenty of plugs to charge your devices. In the morning we took advantage of the breakfast and for a Complimentary breakfast it was definitely good. Eggs,Sausage, sausage gravy, assorted bakery items , juice, milk, coffee, BUT!!!!!!……… The pancake machine is the king of the show!!!!!!!!!!
All in all a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!!
Front desk service was awesome, 24hr coffee was also awesome. Breakfast options were impressive, but the loud tv in the breakfast area, playing a press conference where sexual assault was constantly mentioned and described; was not ideal for my two children to be listening to during breakfast.
Bathroom was dark, shower was horrible, water didn’t really get hot.
Beds comfy, pillows awful.
Elevators and halls smelled smokey, and the halls generally smelled musty all the time.
The first floor common areas were so nice, but the rooms and halls just didn’t match it.
