The Desert’s hidden Gem! 1st time in Palm Desert, and my 1st impression will always make me want to come back. This hotel is hidden on Hwy 111, but don’t miss it; stop/stay & experience the great location, great customer service, and clean rooms! Thank you Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert for your exceptional hospitality, your caring management did not go unnoticed; from your sparkling cooling pool, immaculate curbside appearance and excellent clean/comfortable King Executive guest room, I look forward to visiting you again!
Last minute stay with my two dogs. Room was clean with room amenities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Soft scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes- machine made hot to order; butter melted perfectly. Plenty of sweet roll, cereal, milk, yogurt varieties, juices. They even had vegan omelets. Server very friendly. Breakfast was the highlight 😋. Even knocked off 10.00 as a walk in and a military discount.
Unclean and smells. Outdated. Facility feels humid during the day. The AC is not running even though it’s hot. Couldn’t stay for breakfast. Room ac smell when turned on. Some rooms have small patio, great for pets. Overall not recommended.
Cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived such great hospitality from staff. Thank you Josh, Jay and Chris for being so welcoming and providing spectacular customer service and being an amazing face to this hotel. The rooms were spacious clean and have a fridge, microwave and Kuerig. The pool was kept tidy and secure. AC worked like a dream. The morning breakfast provided were full of options from biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs, sausage, cereal, pancakes, muffins, brand names yogurts etc. Coffee offered all day! A huge shoutout to Brenda for starting our mornings with friendly conversation and huge smiles. She made sure the area was tidy and full of amazing food and offered help with the super cool pancake machine there. Thank you Brenda for helping my kids feel less shy about grabbing food…my daughter felt so welcomed she gave Brenda a hug♥️. Choose this hotel! Don’t look elsewhere, this is where you should book your next vacation stay! Staff we want you to know because of your amazing hospitality we are telling all our friends and family if staying in the area this is the place to be! The hotel is amazing, but you guys are what sells the stay. Thank you guys and hope to see you on our next family outing!!!
Just had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Palm Desert! The newly renovated rooms provided such comfort, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They also had a delicious breakfast – a perfect start to the day! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Palm Desert. Also like to add that it was close to the Living Desert Zoo.
