  1. Right smack on the beach. Very friendly front desk. Rooms just average for a middle class beach hotel. Clean but nothing fancy. Breakfast with a good variety. Pool area again nothing special but clean and warm. Additional hot tub. Beach very nice with fine white sand. Ample parking spaces available free of charge for hotel guests. We would come again.

  2. Decent hotel and right on the beach. Could use some upkeep. Elevator was so slow we never were able to use it and there is no key pad door lock by the pool door, so anyone could easily walk in. A bit rundown but it seems to be always packed. They give you armbands to let the hotel staff know you are a guest, but they were so shorthanded I don’t think they check. The gates to access pool/beach are child proof but anyone can use them to access the pool or beach. I saw at least 20 people without armbands either in the pool/pool area or passing through to access beach. Definitely more geared for families with kids. Very nice pools with a sloped slash areas for little kids. Pool pic was taken at 8:15am before it got crazy busy. There were so many kids in the pool and hot tub we never used the pools or tub. Could use more shaded areas and seating around pool area. People get up hours before they actually go to the pool to save almost 75% of the seats by the pool. I went for a walk on the beach at 6:15am and a lady was putting towels on 6 lounge chairs (there are probably less than 20 seats by pool). When I came back after 8am they had not been touched and they didn’t use them until almost 11am (we could see from our room and we were outside). Could use some rules and regulations so everyone can use these since people seem so greedy to get a spot they rob other people from being able to use them. They have a couple hammocks as well as outdoor games to keep you occupied. The poolside bar was good. The bartender was super nice and she was very friendly. The beach was great. You can rent chairs and an umbrella if you want. Prices were normal for a tourist town. Didnt try the food from the grill but it looked good. The complementary breakfast was pretty much standard holiday inn express food. Had paid for a late checkout (2pm) and someone was pounding on our door at 11am to clean because it apparently wasn’t communicated to the staff who had late checkouts.

  3. One complaint. This hotel allows daily pool use for a price if you aren’t staying there. This weekend was a holiday and completely booked and the pool was crazy with all kinds of extra people that weren’t staying there. And someone threw up in the pool so it was closed for part of our stay. Didn’t enjoy this stay. Paying almost $500 a night was snug.
Always enjoy the beach. The rooms have been somewhat updated. Our bathtub was cracked and the shower leaked but the room was nice. Free breakfast is always a plus. Employees were really nice. You can still have a fridge and microwave in your room! Shopping and restaurants are close by.

  4. Only positive was the location and beach access. Hotel is a bit dated and run down in certain areas, needs some maintenance. We checked in and immediately saw trim fallen off the wall and onto our hotel room floor. The front desk just shrugged and asked me to move it out of my way. The mini fridge was barely cold, and cold is a generous description. The patio door in the room doesn’t shut all the way there’s a out a half inch gap where the door doesn’t line up and seal shut. None of the outlets in the room would hold a charging bring without falling out almost immediately. Overall the room was in need of some upkeep and maintenance. The elevator is were also slow for such a small location. This is the type and quality of stay that I would expect when spending 100 dollars a night, not 300. Complete waste of my 300 dollars very disappointing.

  5. Firstly, upon check-in, I was not recognized as Diamond Member. As a frequent guest, I value the benefits associated with my membership, and it was disappointing not to receive the usual acknowledgment.
Secondly, the room type I had booked—an oceanfront view—was not available when I arrived. Despite my confirmation email clearly stating that I had reserved an ocean view room, I was placed in a different room. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, this discrepancy was quite disheartening.
Thirdly, two mornings in a row breakfast only had cranberry juice available. There no appropriately sized bowls available for cereal. The oatmeal bowl that my child had to use was not acceptable.
