The cashier did not remove a security tag on my purchase. I do not live near this location, and now the customer service canāt help me with this issue. Be very careful when going to this store ā you have to double-check that they are doing their job.
H&M has been in business since 1947 called Hennes which translates as Hers. Theyāre now more popular in womenās styles rather than menās, Iāve gone to my first H&M in NYC back in 2000 when I used to live there most of my teenage life. Itās on 5th Avenue, in Manhattan and it had a huge variety of clothing selections and amazing teenage style. Seemingly, the west coast has its different style and it fits people who happen to live here, clothing prices are somewhat reasonable but their clearance isnāt so tempting. Itās targeting teenagers, adults šµ and kids. Plus itās becoming a clothing trend and style among teenagers in school. I took photos to indicate their styling. Their style reminds me of people who live in Orange County and itās kind of unique to its extent. In conclusion, you could find clothes for babies, kids, teenagers and lastly adults. Itās highly recommended by a lot of people including me to an extent. Fred was very helpful and friendly in locating some of the clothes I was looking for .
No bathrooms, my daughter had to go while we were browsing and didnāt make it to the nearest bathroom (about a five minute walk away). Had to buy her new pants from the childrenās section, cashiers were rude, security guard was helpful.
Worst customer service experience we have ever had. Managers were laughing at my wife when returning an item. Complete lack of professionalism with the people that is buying at the store. No understanding than thanks to the people that buys at the store they have a salary.
No empathy and surely no willing to be there working on those managers. H&M lost a customer, I wonāt return there ever.

Havenāt been in shopping since the remodel. Oh my itās so pretty in there now. Good selection of cheap basics nothing exciting
