We loved our stay at this property, from check in to check out. First, all the staff were amazing. Upon check in we needed to change our room from a king to one with two beds, which was done without a problem. The breakfast ($50 value free as a Diamond member) was fresh and delicious (we had the quinoa bowl and cold bar). Various options for vegetarians and vegans, which was appreciated. The staff at the lobby restaurant were attentive, friendly, and their recommendations for our visit in the area were spot on. Even though this property is a few minutes outside of the bustling downtown center of Napa, it’s location is still well placed and convenient. I highly recommend and we’ll stay here again on our next visit to Napa! Thank you to all the staff here for a great visit. To all my fellow travelers, tipping well and providing a smile go a long way, especially deserved for their hard work maintaining a clean hotel with great service.
After a disappointing experience at Vintners Resort, the Hilton Garden Inn Napa, CA, saved my wife’s birthday trip to California! When we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly settled into a clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed room.
The hotel’s amenities were nothing short of fantastic, and we were particularly captivated by the inviting lobby area and the delectable breakfast options that greeted us each morning. The staff’s dedication to ensuring our stay was nothing less than perfect was truly commendable! Let me also note the available room service meals in the evening. Everything we ordered was terrific!!
The location was also ideal, giving us easy access to the wineries and attractions we were eager to explore. Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn, what started as a stressful trip became a memorable and delightful celebration.

Super friendly and house keeping does a great job with rooms. Linens were nice and clean. Bed & Pillows super comfy
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. They gave me a bottle of wine for following them in social media. They also have a nice family room with games and books to read. Their restaurant is amazing. They had great service and the food was really good! Great place to stay with kids.
Second time staying here, staff supper friendly, wonderful room, very nice amenities. Easy to get to downtown Napa, with close groceries by and you can rent bikes to ride on the trail across the street.. well stay again
