  1. Watch out for fraudulent charges! We stayed here for a while I was recovering from surgery. When we checked in, the attendant asked for a card to put on file. I swiped my credit card and clarified the $100 would be refunded so long as there was no damage to the room and that the card would not be charged for anything additional, as per usual hotel policy. She told me yes, this was correct. She then proceeded to go over all the rules and told us to use our room cards to access special parking available to their guests, which we used.
I checked my account a week later to discover a charge, so I called the hotel. They told me that this was a parking fee, but that if we wanted, they could refund it. Thankfully, they were very nice and polite about the refund, but charging for something you told someone was free is not appropriate. It was only $15/night, but this does quickly add up. Had I not checked my account, this fee would have been charged.
Looking back at it, we shouldn’t have used their allotted parking area- there was free parking a few feet away. But we were told it was free and no charges would be made to our card! Just be on the look out! Their eagerness to refund made me think they know what they’re doing is wrong!

  2. Came in at 3pm to check in after travelling for 5 hours with 1 kid and 2 toddlers. We were told our room wasn’t ready, so we decided to wait in the common area (which is really nice) especially since the weather was iffy. At 4 when we went to get our room, we were told our room wasn’t available and they couldn’t give us a time. We asked to be called, so we could get our kids some food. We were called a Lil passes 5pm. This is innacceptable. At 3pm, when we came, I feel like a common service would have been to make sure our room was ready by 4pm.
    Customer service 0.

  3. I have been a Hilton Honors member for over a year, and I have stayed in many Hilton properties and this stay was by far the absolute worst! For starters I called the hotel for an hour the day before check in and 30 minutes the day of check in and was unable to get anybody on the phone. This should have been my sign and I thought about canceling the reservation and I wish I had. Upon arriving at the hotel, front desk staff 1st impression was awful, no greeting
barely any communication including my total before asking for my card. This energy was the same at check out. At my own fault, I didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t complimentary but we couldn’t even get any assistance when we went down at 8:45am so I definitely wasn’t paying that poor service. The bed was comfortable and it’s unfortunate that we didn’t get much sleep because of a dog barking! 0/10 recommend this property for any reason other than a good location.

  4. First let me say this has been one of the worst experiences I have had as a diamond member with Hilton. If I could give this hotel a negative I would. I checked in at 4am and left at 10:30am. The night auditor was extremely rude and completely unhelpful and unpleasant and unprofessional. To my unwelcome surprise there was a disgusting insect in my bed sheets in which I reported. The housekeeping supervisor and maintenance came and took pictures. I repeatedly said I should not be charged for this visit and to my dismay I was. I have asked Operations Manager, Stephanie to call me regarding the charge and experience but of course no follow up or courtesy call. This is not Hilton standards at all and I’m appalled at the lack of communication. Please save yourself and do not stay here. I was able to upload the picture.
