I have used Hills several times over the years, and I’ve always had good service at a fair price. They don’t try to up sale or do unneeded repairs, just honest service. I’d highly recommend.
Let me explain my one star review. This does not reflect the quality of work that this shop does, but the quality of customer service grudgingly provided by the elderly woman that answers the phone and handles the customers. She has a terrible attitude. She is unbelievably impatient, short and rude. She only shows a glimpse of decency when she is collecting your payment. The only time in my life I have been treated like a criminal is when I have called to inquire about my vehicle and have spoken to this woman at Hills Automotive. I have never left a customer review on any website ever. I have had phenomenal experiences and still have not left a review. I am compelled to give others a warning and heads up about the “customer service” that they should expect when scheduling or inquiring about their vehicle at Hills Automotive.
I’m from FL & the day before we were supposed to drive back my car threw a code. We called different Chevy dealers & none could get us in. Hill’s was very busy but kind enough to hook up the computer & tell us the code & what it meant so we could replace it ourselves & make it home.
