Customer service was great the lady that helped us. Her name was Dee.
The two employees that were working were not helpful at all. They were on the phone{Male employee} while checking us out and one of them was using profanity{female employee} about something that had to do with PTO. When I asked to get a size for the shoes I needed the female employee acted as if it was a problem for her. If I was where I could have gone somewhere else, I would have left and not purchased the cleats from your store.
The young Lady was very generous and helpful. I think her name was Moss. She’s the best associate I’d ever had at the store. Thank you 🙏🏿
Did not feel comfortable shopping there. Rude and pretensious people. Typical behavior at a high price shoe store in a small town. I’m trying to shop not impress people I don’t know.
Hibbett’s online and Sylacauga store was nothing short of amazing! I ordered the wrong size on line to begin with. I then went to Sylacauga’s store to exchange them. The employees were awesome from entrance to exit. They didn’t have my size and when I tell you they went beyond the call of duty to find just what I needed and wanted. Great job staff!
