Had timing chain replaced. Long story short they either installed a broken cam phaser or broke it while they were installing it. I took my car back to Henry due to it still not sounding right. He claim he would get it fixed. Here we are over a year later and he still hasnât done the right thing. Heâs made every excuse in the book. Even said my car would be one of the first heâd have in once he moved into the new building. Now Iâm going to just have to come out of pocket again to have it fixed. I wouldnât recommend! Iâm a single mom with a sick kid that has to drive back and forth to Birmingham to a hematologist I at least want the comfort of driving without worrying about the timing going out again like it did with us before in traffic. He states the cam phaser wonât damage anything but Iâve been told otherwise. He just doesnât want to fix it. I also contemplated small claims court until he said he was going to get it in and fix it. I wish I had took the paperwork back.
Fast service at an affordable price. Came in with no appointment for an AC recharge. Job was done quickly with no surprises or up charges.

Owner was extremely rude to me for no reason other than not liking the look of me. Acted nasty and needlessly difficult, did not seem to want my business at all. Left without doing business. Would give zero stars if I could. Worth noting that others I interacted with (the receptionist at the desk and a mechanic in the parking lot) were kind and helpful.
Excellent mechanics. Very thorough. Now I must admit, where I am from, if the shop does the work, they waive the diagnostic fee. Henryâs does not waive the diagnostic fee even if they do the work.
Would give 0 starts if I could, this place is very rude and disrespectful please donât take your business here take it elsewhere the lady at the desk is very rude and have a smart mouth donât want to help at all the manager is a very very rude person talked to me like I was nothing this place is horrible and need to close down for good take my advice, donât go here
