Our first Subaru purchase and experience at Hendrick Subaru was fantastic. Our salesman is very friendly and ironically we had a lot of things in common. Bryan was very professional and determined to help us find the right car for us.
I recently had a great experience purchasing my first Subaru from Hendrick in Hoover,AL. I I arrived knowing that I wanted to get a Forester and was able to test-drive three models on the same day. It was hard to make a decision between three great options, but their associate Brannon Crane was very patient, helpful, and knowledgable from the first test-drive to making the purchase all in the same day. I have wanted a Subaru Crosstrek for the past couple of years. LOGAN was my salesman, he was both courteous and professional through my entire purchasing experience. I fell in love with thus color blue and he made sure I was able to receive the car of my dreams. I appreciate the Sales Management as wall as the Finance department for a smooth and enjoyable process.
My wife and I went over to Birmingham to browse a couple of vehicles from different brands. We stopped by another dealership before heading to Hendrick. I wanted to test drive an Outback, but didn’t think I’d be interested in purchasing. We walked in about 11am and were directed to Brannon Crane. Mr. Crane evaluated what we wanted in a car and showed us two Outbacks with differing trim levels. He was very thorough explaining all of the features and we fell in love with the Outback especially in the wilderness trim.
We decided we wanted to drive home in one, received our offer for our trade in and the bottom line for the Outback. Financing was easy through Subaru Finance, great interest rate and after detailing the car and signing all the paperwork, they had us on the road by 2:30.
All of the staff from the door through the process were friendly and thoughtful. We won’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Brannon if you need help nailing down the right Subaru for you.
