Absolutely loved all of the staff working there; very friendly & attentive. Dr. Mooney’s Nurse, Brianna, was so nice & seemed to truly care about me & my husband, Darrell. Dr. Mooney was awesome. He was very interested in what both me & Darrell had to say, & especially what course I was thinking about taking. We discussed a lot. He is very smart; up-to-date informationally, & told us what he thought would be the best procedure to do for me! I felt he was truly interested in the best care for me. Darrell & I left with a very good mindset & very heartfelt thanks to God for leading me to get a second opinion & to Dr. Mooney! We pray God will bless him & his staff!
My home away from home, HOAA in Gadsden has the nicest and most informative staff. I especially want to mention the nurses who went above and beyond to make my short time in the chemo room comfortable. Candace was, as always, knowledgeable and able to answer my many questions. I feel HOAA staff holds my health and quality of life first.
This is my 5th infusion and I haven’t had one in over a year and I was super nervous about the appointment in general, specifically my insurance that never covers anything that I need to stay alive. Mrs. Audrey at check in was the sweetest ever legit made my day. She listened to my issues and concerns and worked over 30mins trying to situate my account. I will Never forget Mrs. Audrey in suite 275!
Dr Mooney was very professional & nice. He asked me several medical questions about myself. The ladies in the procedure room were nice also. I joked with several of them & it made the experience more pleasant. I enjoyed the snacks & the warm blankets since it was cool in the room. Thank all of you for being very nice to me!!
The front desk lady was awesome and I liked that you offered people waters. I did not have to wait long and my nurse partitioner was great. She spent plenty of time answering my questions and concerns. Thank you so much and have a blessed day.
