1. I’ve had quite the journey with Health Advocates and UCSF/ Medi-Cal; where Mary Grace Guerrero has been helping me. I am most grateful for having received services from Health Advocates and for having been guided by Mary throughout it’s course and process.

   It has been a very long and confusing case with twists and turns but together we endured and navigated through it. We were able to reach success even at times when it seemed that it was against our odds.

   I am so glad that I was not alone during this process. Health Advocates helped me moved forward, which I believe is exactly what legal advocates and social workers are supposed to do. I felt looked after and in good hands.

   Sometimes things take time and don’t happen over night, but what I had learnt with my experience here was that it is important to not give up or give in, and to keep trying; and things will eventually get sorted. It took loads of time and work, but Health Advocates helped me vigorously when I needed them.

   I have nothing but the of things to say for Health Advocates; for our victory and for the positive experiences I had whilst working with them as well as the positive relationship I made with them as their client.
