Bought my pre-owned 2022 Ford F350 on 27 APR 2024. As with most used vehicles, there have been a few wrinkles to iron out; however, the folks at Harbin have ironed out every last one of them. They’ve replaced a damaged front air dam, a broken right rear tail light, and balanced and road force matched the tires four times, the final time being today when it was discovered the road force numbers were way out of tolerance. Once learning this fact, they replaced the tires; all of this with no haggle, and no questions asked other than to gain knowledge of that which I’ve experienced driving the vehicle. Nothing but praise and appreciation for these fine folks at this Family Operation. I highly recommend Harbin. Great Folks! Thank You!
My husband and I have been looking for a certain type of car for a few months. Devon was helpful in keeping us posted and letting us know when he had what we wanted without bugging us about it. When they had what we wanted, we made an appointment, saw Matt Norris, and everything went really well. No problems. He was prepared and had all the information ready for us. Jay Penny was helpful with the paperwork and explained everything concerning it. If you are looking for a car I would definitely try them first.
Great place to buy a great vehicle. The service department is absolutely amazing. The sales staff know their business and are very helpful. The best part is that the sales staff are not pushy and overbearing. The sales staff greeted us, then let us look around till we had a question about a vehicle. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, the sales staff helped us get the car, price, and payment we needed. No pressure buying, fast and easy service. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Harbin and will definitely always recommend Harbin for vehicle sales and service.
