  1. Dominic Gil is the man! Oh my how superb of a job he did! Absolutely top notch! He exemplifies everything you could possibly ask for in a real estate agent. I am loving my new home. Super awesome experience. Bottom line is it would make zero sense to go with any other individual than Dominic Gil as it pertains to your real estate needs

  2. Nothing against happy homes but if your looking to rent a apartment DO NOT RENT ONES AT PARK VIEW. MAINLY 1573 unless you want raw sewage in your shower 2-3 times a month. Lived there for 2 years normal wear and tear but had to move out bc of raw sewage coming into our shower and both toilets not wanting to work. Then they charge you to go repaint and find anyway they can to keep your security deposit. I have photos of the raw sewage in the shower. So renter’s beware with the Asian owners of park view that use happy homes to rent there places. Other than that Happy Homes is great just try to Avoid PARK View and the new ones there building across from there

  3. I didn’t have a good experience when I tried to work with one of their realtors to rent a house. Their realtor gave me what was supposed to be a “blank” rental contract – except that it had all the previous renter’s personal information filled in! I would have had all the information I needed to commit identity theft…after this happened, we didn’t work with them anymore and rented a house through someone else. It’s inconceivable that they could have so little respect for someone’s personal information, and after that incident I didn’t dare give them my own.

  4. So this story happened to me not too long ago. It was when we moved into the house we have now. The elderly lady we were renting from, gave us ONE month to find a home because she wanted to sell the one she was renting out to us, At this time, my newborn baby just turned 3 months old. Now, as if that weren’t bad enough, the real estate woman she hired, kept calling and texting about people seeing the house who was interested. They didn’t give us the month to move in peace with a newborn, until we were rude and AFTER the 3rd person they wanted to come show the house to. It’s so simple to have common courtesy and common sense. I wouldn’t hire these people to sell anything of mine if they bothered people like that!

*This is MY experience. You may have a good experience there! But the agent our ex landlord was working with, was HORRIBLE.*
