1. The install of the new ac unit inside and out took 4-5 hours and they cleaned up after themselves (great). The duct work replacement was completed with a different team and that took all of 6 hours a couple days later. This duct work is larger than what i had in my attic prior. They also cleaned up after themselves inside and out. My old (40 yo) system would come on in the morning and stay on until well after midnight. This new system comes on cools and goes off reducing my daily bill to less than half. The only complaint we have is the system is loud. Otherwise i am very satisfied up to now 2 weeks later.

2. We love this company! The team they have is excellent. Every tech we’ve met has always been super nice, helpful, and professional. Any time you call their office, the staff is super sweet and helpful, also. We’ve literally never had a bad experience with this company. We are so glad we chose Hansen when we needed a new air conditioning unit.

3. Five stars all the way. Called on a Sunday. Cole arrived within 2 hours with a last minute call when my AC stopped working. Very honest. Great price. I now have an honest and professional AC company. Jansen Plumpros are worth your time. Thank you Cole.

4. We especially appreciate the prompt response to our request. Blake Wild was efficient and knowledgeable, friendly but focused on his task. No doubt the most capable technician we have ever encountered in our 50-plus years of home ownership. Blake is certainly an asset to Hansen, and aside from being an outstanding tech, he is a really good person.

5. Hansen did a great job in assessing my AC situation. They were super responsive, prompt, and thorough in explaining my options for repair. Highly recommend them. Thanks to their tech Brandon – he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and transparent. Great experience overall.
