The oasis off Interstate 22! This hidden gem might be passed by in favor of a place in a more populated area. Trust me, you do not want to miss it. Beautifully maintained. Friendly, fast check-in. Clean, well stocked rooms. A gorgeous pool. The continental breakfast had more variety than I have ever seen. Pet friendly! 😻If you are traveling, make sure you have a stop here for the night.
Just stayed 1 night but I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was great, rooms were spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable, and lots of hot water in the shower. To top it off, I accidentally left my iPad in the room and about 30 minutes after checking out the front desk called me to let me know they had it waiting for me. Now that’s worth 5 stars!
Spectacular service. Rooms very clean. Shower had great pressure. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was more than we expected. Not much around, appears to maybe mostly new development/just getting started? Would absolutely stay here again!
Very nice hotel. Checking in was very quick. Staff was very nice. I returned to ask a couple questions and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Some choices I don’t often see. The employee taking care of the breakfast area was very efficient. I liked the nice informational signage in the breakfast area. The room was very nice and comfortable. I liked the walk in shower. Check out was quick. If I’m ever in the area, I’d definitely stay here again.
My stay started out amazing until the checkout. They overcharged me and when I called and spoke with the front desk manager she said I am taking care of it. They charged me $561 when all I owed was $396. They then proceeded to pull $396 and have yet to refund the $561. So now I have over $900 they took on a room. I called yesterday and the front desk manager was so hateful. She told me to just dispute it because she didn’t know what to tell me. She stated I did it so all I can say is dispute the charge. I asked her can she just check because they were having trouble with the systems, she acted as though she was offended and refused. I will not be staying here again. All I want is the money they owe me back.
