1. My husband and I stayed for 1 night . The hotel is right on the beach. We got a room with a beach view. From the time we checked in until we checked out , the service was impeccable. Our room was immaculate, I even took my shoes off and Alex in the carpet barefoot(which I never do) . Free hot breakfast was delicious . They also allow service animals, and have treats waiting for them at the front desk. When you check in, they have a little bag of goodies for you too! Thank you so much for the great stay and we WILL be back!!!

2. I just returned from an amazing 4 night stay at this hotel, and I give it the highest of reviews. For starters, the service was amazing. A special shout-out to Liz from the front desk. Liz was incredibly helpful and did all sorts of things to make our stay a pleasure. A few years ago, when the property was under different management, I had a fairly bad stay due to my interaction with on-site management and wrote a fairly negative review as a result. After not returning for a few years I determined to give the hotel another chance and I am so happy that I did. I cannot say enough great things about the place. I will also note that our rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind to us (and to many others) the whole time. The value for the stay at this hotel simply cannot be beat. The rooms, amenities, food, service, etc. are truly incredible considering the price. Also, access to the pool and to the ocean are easily the most convenient in Orange Beach or (in my experience at least) the Alabama coastal area.

3. After a disaster experience with our reserved condo we had to scramble for accommodations for the night. Thank the Lord for Grace and the Hampton Inn Orange Beach! She was able to put us in a side ocean view room with about an hour’s notice of our arrival!!
   Room 203 was spacious and super clean. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Thank you again Grace for your help in making our stressful situation alittle easier….you’re the best!!

4. This hotel was excellent! Service was great, rooms were clean, pool was nice, it’s right on the beach and we had a partial view. They tried to upgrade us but it seems like everyone went to Orange Beach when Hilton Head got a hurricane including us so they weren’t able to upgrade us, but the wonderful woman at the desk tried her best! The people at the desk were super friendly. The breakfast was really good too!

5. We stayed here for 6 nights and head. A room and the ocean front which we really appreciated. And we really appreciate that we were able to have our dog with us. We paid a pet fee which is fine. Parking was free. Breakfast was good. It was a very clean hotel, very nice. But the only issue I had is we wanted and requested 3 × 2 have our room cleaned and no one cleaned our room. We were only hoping for it one time out of six nights. We were told several times that they were short handed and that was why we were getting our own towels, our own toilet paper. We had to track those things down ourselves, and when you’re paying a lot of money for a hotel, you shouldn’t have to do that we were told that we were going to get 10000. Points added to our count and that never happened. But.
   We really enjoyed our stay anyway we definitely would stay again. The staff was very nice and I really felt they take pride in keeping the hotel very clean. We appreciate you honoring our request to have an ocean view. It was a wish of mine all my life and I really enjoyed it.
