  1. We had an overall great stay here. Room was clean and quiet for our family of 5. The pool was awesome. The breakfast had a great variety. The only absolute thing I could say different was to have your staff where proper protection while serving cooking the food. No hair net, and two days in a row found hair in our food. And it was definitely the person serving. Other than that amazing stay and would stay again.

    Also housekeepers where SO nice and came to see if we needed anything everyday

  2. We stayed here the past week on a much needed family vacation. The rooms were clean. There was appropriate accommodations for our puppy and a dog park near by. Our room was serviced every day. Housekeepers Eda and Neuza did a great job making sure we came back to a clean, comfortable, and restocked room after spending each day out at the beach. Our room was in a quiet corner of the hotel with easy pool access. The pool itself was pretty cool with 2 fountains and nicely sized. We would def stay here again!

  3. Room was clean but lacked storage for clothes. Did not like that (Do not Disturb) signs were not in the room, actually had housekeeping enter our room after knocking once,we couldn’t even get to the door to answer it. Breakfast kinda skimpy,by end of week they were running short on supplies, also rates rather high for not being on beach. Employees were nice and friendly.

  4. This was one of the most disappointing experiences at a Hilton property. My husband travels often with his job and is a Hilton member. We’ve always enjoyed their properties and felt confident of the quality and cleanliness of Hilton. However, that was NOT our experience here. The room was not properly cleaned. We found a safety pin sticking up out of the carpet. There is mold around the shower. The walls in the bathroom were crumbling around the shower. Our refrigerator didn’t work and the bed felt like it had sand in it. Plus, it didn’t have a dresser for our clothes. Our visit was supposed to be for the entire week.

    We did contact Hilton corporate customer service to get out of this place and find us a new reservation at a different hotel nearby since we were on vacation. The customer service rep was very understanding and helpful and was able to set us up in a new reservation at a different location. We’ve always had a good experience with Hilton and appreciate their commitment to help their customers. It was just this specific location that was disappointing.

    Plus it didn’t help that major construction is going on the main road and you have to detour to get to the entrance.

    And I would like to add that the GM was very pleasant and understanding as my husband explained our dissatisfaction. He did his best to make it right for us and we do appreciate that very much!

  5. As a Hilton rewards member this is the absolute worse hotel I ever stayed. Do not believe the lies from other paid reviews. I had to change rooms 3 different times the manager will not hear your complaints they avoid speaking to you. Hilton really disappointed me with this one I will never stay here again and I advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all cost
