1. This is a nice KOA for a short term stay.
   The restrooms and shower facilities were clean. We didn’t utilize the laundry area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
   The restaurant near the entrance serves great pizza and calzones !
   Our site for a pull through was tight and in need of maintenance. Overgrown bushes need trimmed and fresh gravel would help. We did notice the overall facility could use some TLC. ( trees and bushes trimmed, refresh the gravel in gravel parking sites)
   Great location on the bay, we would stay there again.

2. What an amazing place. It’s right on the water. So peaceful and serene. To be able to walk right outside the cabin to crab, fish, and a few dolphins was awesome. The staff was amazing with phenomenal customer service . The store had nice snacks, and affordable souvenirs. You can also buy a bottle of wine. The rest rooms are clean with a nice clean shower. This was the perfect getaway. I will definitely return. Cabins E and J are about 20 feet from the water. Book one of these cabins if you enjoy being on the water with a view. You will definitely enjoy your stay here . Happy Camping !

3. The staff was friendly and the campground was clean. The only issue was they do not treat for bugs. And if they do wow cause we could not even be outside without bugs in our face or fire ants on our feet the bay is nice. Pizza place down the hill is amazing!

4. This place is a beautiful piece of southern charm away from the crowds. We stayed here in the Conestoga Wagon (“glamping”) and it was just wonderful. The wagon was spotless, the communal bathrooms and showers were clean, the pool & hot tub were well kept, and the grounds were constantly being maintained by staff. The only cons I could note were the narrow roads/parking spots next to the sites and the club house (which was a disaster, honestly probably due to some rowdy kids). Overall, we would love to stay here again since it’s peaceful, family friendly, and a great price while still being close enough to the touristy activities.

5. Had a major wreck with RV 40 minutes before arrival at KOA. Called front desk and was told they would put us on our site and set us up with a cabin as our RV was not usable with the damage. On Sunday afternoon they gave us a repair service that responded and met us with 10 minutes after getting set up. They gave estimate that night and 30 hours later had the RV completely restored and usable. Craig at the KOA recognized that I was in deep trouble and responded with compassion and care beyond belief. Highly recommend visiting KOA West Pensacola
