1. I’m extremely pleased with my new AC unit. The men who installed it, Zach and Shane, did a fantastic job. They were professional and knew what they were doing. It’s hard to articulate how much that means to a homeowner in this day and age. They arrived when they said they would began working immediately One man started working in the attic and the other started working on the condenser. I had to leave for a couple of hours and felt like I was leaving friends in charge of my home. When I returned they were almost finished. I would recommend them to everyone.

2. Incredibly professional and kind. Nick took excellent ownership from day 1 and kept us updated daily even when we were having to wait on other people involved. Fair pricing and mixed as quickly as possible. It felt like they really cared about getting our AC up and running as quickly as possible.

5. We have been customers of Guin for many years and without hesitation would recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is always first class and their on site work is perfect. Our A/C went out while we were out of town recently and one phone call to Guin and our problem was solved. They have a great staff all around and are completely trustworthy. We highly recommend them.
