1. I’ve been with Guide Real Estate for a little over a year as an independent agent. Before joining Guide, I had experience in both the boutique brokerage scene and the dynamics of a large team environment. When it came time to pull the trigger and start my own independent business, I knew the transition would be challenging. 3. Guide Real estate is easily the most professional and contractually current brokerages in the Sacramento region. I’ve been a full time realtor for 17 years and working with Guide has been the pinnacle of my real estate experience. If I were a seller or buyer, I wouldn’t work with any other brokerage above Guide. They only work with seasoned and well versed agents and the quality control on the back end ensures transactions where all parties involved are well informed and contractually protected. Truly a top notch Real Estate brokerage.

4. I run a large team so it was important I worked with a brokerage who understood our unique structure, helped streamline my business and provided us with legal and technical support. Guide not only provided that for us but they do a great job of balancing the networking benefits of a large brokerage with the family feel of a boutique brokerage.
