It was a very big place! Indoor and outdoor seating. Our waitress was nice! I had the endless salad and was very good. We had Totchos for an appetizer and it was pretty good! Iâm pretty picky with my pulled pork but it was pretty good! My boyfriend built his own pizza! Overall good experience and clean!
My family goes to G.T.s at least twice a year when in O.B. I always get firecracker shrimp as an appetizer, I love it, my plate is usually full! This trip, I actually counted 15! I actually said something to the waitress and she responded, â yeah that is a small amountâ! I also got pan seared Tuna , because the photo looked amazing! What I got was maybe 4 tiny pieces of tuna, and alot of âstuffâ
Walked in and only waited 5 minutes on a Friday. Staff was super friendly and very helpful answering questions about the menu and giving great advice. The view on the patio is great, they even have a side play area for kids. They have a salad bar, looked good, but didnât want a salad this night. They had live music on the Friday we went, but since it was outside it wasnât too loud. Food came out quickly. Ordered surf and turf, and tuna. They were both cooked to perfection. This meal was the best one we had while in Orange Beach. Tuna in picture was ordered medium rare. Also got Heath Blondie and Key Lime pie for dessert â both were amazing!
Good atmosphere. The GT Grouper was very dryâŠwas it frozen? The firecracker shrimp was awesome. Chicken tenders were enough for 2. Pizza enough for 2 also. Tacos were respectable. Atmosphere was fun, live music was great.
First time going since it became GTs. Sat outside at the bar. The bartender was friendly, quick, and helpful. He was only serving 5 at the bar, plus some walk-ups. The tap beer wasnât very cold, but thatâs probably hard to accomplish with the heat and humidity outside. Started with the seafood cheese dip and nacho chips. It was served cold (meant to be) but I didnât realize so didnât even taste it. Not a fan of cold appetizers. Had the gumbo next. It was very good with the right amount of seasoning and spice, but, not much seafood and quite a bit of sausage. Iâm one of those that thinks sausage or fish in gumbo is heresy. Finally , had the burger. It was cooked perfectly, came out as ordered, and tastes great. Sweet potato fries were very good as well. There is a great view of the back bay from the back patio and bar. Will I go backâŠdoubtful, but only because there are so many other similar to greater choices in the area.
