I like this Grocery Outlet, I come here frequently due to their good prices and convenient location. The only reason I took away a star is becuase of the cashier Braiden (has thick red unkept hair). He is so rude when he is checking out customers. He doesnât greet you or attempt any niceties, he just gruffly tells you your total and thatâs it. He never offers to help bag my groceries, instead he just watches as i bag my own items. He also never says anything when i am done, no âhave a good dayâ or âthanks for coming in.â Nothing. I have been checked out by him many times and he always has the same attitude. My mother in law has complained about him and the same things, even to the store manager.
I do love grocery outlet because every time you go in there will be something new there. Whether it is cheeses or meats or snacks. I find that theyâre snacks or usually unique. Flavors I didnât know were available. So it is fun. And their wine section does get some rare finds that are definitely a great price.
I have mixed feelings about Grocery Outlet. Some of the prices are really good on some of the products. But you have to search for it and you have to be careful. I picked up a bag of chips that was $5. That to me is not Outlet prices. However I was able to get a block of cheese that was only $1.50. So go with the thought that youâre not going there to grocery shop but to pick up a deal here and there.
2 weeks ago both bathrooms were out of the order, this week stays the same, you should just freaking say no restrooms are available on the front door, instead of making people hold longer

Clean, well organized & well stocked store.
The store manager is very friendly and willing to spend the time it takes to win over a new customer, in a competitive environment.
