I want to give a shout out to Chris C. who in my opinion is an exemplary employee of the store. He is always in motion from stocking, bagging, chasing carts and organizing the shelves. He takes ownership in the store. There are many other stars at the store who are very kind and cheerful and engaging as well.
I do want to mention, which i have noticed, some of the employees do not give the customer the right of way. I believe they should stop and let the customer pass and not cut them off. Take a moment stop and say hello and let the customer pass and then go onto your duties. I think this will give a higher level of customer service. Thank you
They closed the restroom for customers. There are lots of customers with kids and seniors. I was shopping here for several years, but I wonāt go here anymore and I wonāt recommend it to any senior and/or the customers with kids. It used to be the one with the best food prices, now they raised their prices. You may buy the the same produce in COSTCO or Trader Joeās at cheaper price. As for the bathroom, here is what happened recently. I was shopping with my kids. When we stood in cashier line my kids asked to use the bathroom. I begged the staff member to open the restroom, but she answered that she canāt do it, because only staff members are allowed to use the restrooms. My kids wet their pants, it was a disasterā¦.We will never come back
