My experience at this location was awesome. It felt like I was at the Bay area locations. I love grocery outlets. I would get everything from skin care to grocery to household items, lol. Love it, and ooh, they always have great deals, which is my absolute favorite given the current high cost of living.
Was charged DOUBLE on an advertised price of $4.99. When I brought it to the managers attention he said i could have 2 at the sale price and the others were double the advertised price. I informed him that it was illegal in california and he told me he doesn’t care and kicked me out of the store. A full report to all agencies in charge a call to the corporate office, and a small claims court for my list time is now in process. Beware of this guy, he’s obviously doesn’t follow the rules or laws in this state.
So I just came and grocery outlet I love coming to the store they always got great deals. But I noticed employee that works here was not very friendly 😔 and I asked the cashier her name is MJ she was very kind. Come to find out he’s the owner his name is Paul. Paul should have more better customer services than that. He should greet his customers and say good morning.He should smile
at his customers. And I know sometimes we have bad days and good days. But as an owner he should know better. I just thought I should let people know about him. And hopefully he reads it himself. And apologize about his bad behavior 😔. But I will be coming back here. And I hope I see him again. And he’d be more courteous next time. Oh there was another manager he was very kind I wish I would have got his name. Mexican man. But when I come back I will ask. Because I write good I’m bad. And he was very kind.And I went back later and thank you Paul for apologizing. But I don’t know what you’re talking about cuz I was not me. But I did notice when I came back later that day you did have a different attitude you are pleasant and smiling. And Roman what’s the man that helped me this morning and he was my cashier when I came back later. Very nice . He had great customer service like this morning when I came in.
Often have great deals. Check for expired food. Recently, prices went up way higher. Some items cost more than Costco.
That place is the worst, some of the employees started throwing away two products that we finally didn’t want to take and they started looking at my children badly, they kicked the door at my daughter. I will never go back to that supermarket again, especially to that location. Their employees are the worst.
