I forgot to compliment the workers earlier so Iāll leave a good review.
I was there around 3pm and the place was immaculate. I wish I took a photo of the cheese and deli meats! It made me want to buy all those vegan dips and salami. Lol. As I was in line, a few others got behind me. They were quick to rush open an extra register. So busy, very efficient, friendly, and helpful. One guy was singing while stocking shelves. You have a good team here.
I love Grocery Outlet in general.
Itās a store Iāve been frequenting for years and years now. I live just a hop, skip, and a jump away from this location so I shop at this one more often than any other. This store is ALWAYS clean, organized, tons of deals each time we stop here.
There are always goodies and such on clearance on top of the already great deals. All the employees are super friendly and go out of their way to help you out.
I always forget to get his name but I love coming to this location because of the greatest cashier ever!! He is so friendly and so funny. I love Grocery Outlets for their wine selection but make the trip from Old Town Clovis where we live to this location because itās such a good experience.
I live nearby, and almost every time a certain tall and slender gentleman employee with a hat is there, I experience an altercation between him and a customer. Itās one thing when there is legitimately a problem. Itās another when an employee is being allowed to be so aggressive as he is, and allowed to threaten physical harm to customers, as Iāve seen him do regularly. Unless expressing intent to defend oneself against a would-be assailant, a clear threat to do physical harm to another is potentially a felony in CA. An employee doing so, as the face of a business, is pretty bad. And he loves having an audience and simultaneously treated other customers like weāre all in a prison yard, so every other customer in the store gets to see and hear it. This is how you chase business away and keep it away. Grocery Outlet, the Prison Experience TM. Their bananas are a great price, tho.
