Took the family down for a graduation. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were quiet, clean, and well sorted. Never a fan of hotels these days with pumps for shampoo and conditioner, but even the hand soap was the same. Anyone can put anything in those, especially guests. Always take my own but expected the hand soap to at least be the tiny bars. Regardless, the whole visit was fantastic. Rooms felt like you could breathe and not claustrophobic like others. We accidently left some items and they not only found them but they mailed them back! Count this as 1 out of 7 times we’ve left something at a hotel and actually got it back. They even mailed it without charging us. So kind and thoughtful. Was already impressed with the stay but if we’re ever in the area we’ll be back for sure!
This property is a joke. Had an issue with a rude staff member who obviously didn’t like job. She was slamming things down and cursing. Spoke to Christian the manager, and he went and told the lady who I was, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Went back at the descression of the owner. Was told I could not stay and was told that I would get a refund, which remains to be seen. Would definitely recommend staying at another property. After several business days, I still have no refund. Reached out to the property and was told that no one was able to assist anymore with a refund. These people are thieves! Beware of staying here.
This property is a gem. A little outdated, but clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and professional! The area was very safe and the parking lot was well lit! Will definitely stay again if on the way through vance!
Arrived late one evening for a one night stay. Staff friendly and thoughtful, and room spacious and clean. The location was, however, not the most convenient, to anywhere that I needed to be. Would stay there again.
We stayed here a while, visiting my niece in Vance, Alabama. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
