I picked up model Y yesterday and process was super professional, simple and straightforward.
I went to test drive on Monday and communicate with them over text message, and on the day picking up I just need to sign and drop the check.
I loved business that always giving a little bit more effort to get things done such as getting commercial license plate and title information.
The price is fair here, no additional or hidden cost from the listing price and no pushing towards warranty purchase.
I’ll consider this dealership as my first option for purchasing used EV next time for my Turo fleet.

After almost a year of living in LA and a few months of research and test drives, I decided I wanted a car – a post-2015 electric Smart ForTwo, to be exact. I had incredibly frustrating experiences with both a local lot near my house that I worked with for over a week and a well known online used car seller. Finally, I found the perfect car for me at Green Light – the only problem was that I was 400 miles away from a tiny electric car with a 60 mile range. But the wonderful staff here were incredibly quick and responsive, not to mention more honest and personable than the salesperson I had spoken to in person at the other dealership here in LA. They were able to answer my many many questions and coordinate delivery down to SoCal, and went the extra mile to make sure I knew the exact capabilities and condition of the car I was buying, sending me a video of every blemish and facilitating a third-party inspection. I’ve now had the opportunity to drive it a few times, and it’s absolutely perfect for my needs – plus the mileage is even better than advertised! Cannot recommend enough.
