Liz helped me design the kitchen cabinets and coordinate with the vendor to support all my demands. It was a great experience. I had several ideas about many details of the design and Liz was very patient to satisfy them. It will be perfect if they can support adding LED under the cabinets. I have to do ask my contractor to add it, which is not the best looking.
Excellent on-time service! We needed European style cabinets in 4 weeks time frame and we got them before time. Great quality cabinets and well finished. Really loved it! Liz and Connie helped us with design and they both were wonderful to work with. They understood our space and needs and accommodated all our kitchen cabinets requirements. I will refer them to my friends and for any of my future home needs. A big thank you to Granite Expo team!
BE AWARE! This business is very shady, don’t trust them.
I bought a cabinet for my bathroom from here. It was already packaged so I couldn’t see the setup of it. When I came home and unwrapped it, we realized it won’t work for us because of our plumbing is near the cabinet drawers.
We requested an exchange. They said they will charge us a 50% fee!! This is outrageous and very unfair business practice! They said the cabinet had a very minor scratch but we said that was honestly there when we bought it.
They said no you did it. But still 50% fee is too much and is not even reasonable.
If you want to have bad service and deal with unethical business practices then is your place
Patricia was one of the best, sales rep and very patient when I was ordering my kitchen cabinets she was very helpful and knowledgeable with wat would look best in my kitchen thank you Patricia and granite expo. I would recommend to anyone !
Great experience working with Connie and Haley. We did some custom quartz countertops that turned out great. The installers were very helpful too on a few options. And cleaned it all up after.
