We have been using Grady’s for the last couple of years and we are always happy with the service we receive there. They recently began helping us with some mechanical issues on an old Jeep that we bought for our son to drive when he turns sixteen. We look forward to being repeat customers for many years!
All of the staff were just wonderful. I needed front tires on my Kabota zero turn lawn mover and they had them the next day, placed them on my mower and we were back to mowing. Their pricing is very reasonable. We had an all around awesome experience. Will definitely be back!!
The people at Grady’s are always so friendly. They listened to all my concerns. They quickly replaced my brakes and my car was ready for pickup less than 6 hours later. We have been happily using them for over 20 years.
Made 1600 dollars off of me and still didn’t fix the problem. They had the car and told me they fixed the issue; I went and got the car. It wasn’t fixed. I spent $850 on that. They told me to bring it back so I did; they had it for a week and charged me another $757 and said it was fixed. I drove it home and it was still not fixed. They were super nice, and I don’t like to talk negatively about people, but mechanics have become hard to trust now and days so I wanted to leave an honest review
Checking in and out was super easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt like I really mattered to them. The work was professional and reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.
